Hello everyone 👋! I hope you're all doing well? It's my first post on SCORUMworld and I'd like to share a little about me. I'm a digital artist and a fashion illustrator. Sometimes I do brand and lifestyle illustrations. I'll be posting about the steps on how I achieve my illustrations. Obviously, I'll be more active in the art section. Don't forget to keep up with my post if you're an art lover. 😉

Application Used - Autodesk Sketchbook.

This is a drawing app that provides you with a plain canvas, pencils, brushes, colors and it's left for you to do your magic and come up with something mesmerizing.

Choose your preferred pencil, reduce the size of the tip and sketch whatever image you pictured in your mind. You can start with a rough sketch before you smoothen the lines.
Use the same pencil to sketch the cloth style and erase the unwanted parts.
Choose your desired flat colors and use a paint bucket to fill in the skin and the hair. You can use a bigger pencil to design the fabric or import a downloaded fabric.
Pick a darker shade of the base color and use the airbrush tool to shade the areas that needed to be darkened like the nose, forehead, chin, cheeks, eyelid, arms, neck, collarbone etc. This is called rendering
After painting the hair and the skin. It looks like this. Then, choose a lighter version of the skin color, open a new layer, change the new layer to "glow" and airbrush where you need to highlight.
Voilà! The final result. You can paint a background if you wish but I decided to leave it that way and add a black girl quote instead.

Don't be confused about my username and the art watermark 😀. My brand name is MAY NISSEL and it's a registered brand, so no copyright infringement or intellectual theft 🙅‍♀️🤺.

What do you think about this artwork? I'll welcome critics and compliments.
