Today is a very busy day for me. I was supposed to deliver some illustrations today, so i skipped lunch. I had spaghetti and veggies stir-fry for lunch. On a normal day, I usually eat lunch around 1pm...its 3pm already🤦‍♀️. Below are the recipes and procedure.

INGREDIENTS

Any pasta of your choice (I chose spaghetti)

Meat or Fish (optional)

Scotch bonnet pepper

Green bell peppers

Sweet corn

Spring onions

Bulb onions

Yellow habanero peppers

Sweet corn

Carrots

PROCEDURE

Some of the ingredients
Boil your meat with a little salt, seasoning cubes and onions.
Set the meat aside and store the stock in your refrigerator (You might need it to prepare another meal)
Deep fry your meat (I love deep fried and crispy meat)
Cut your veggies and onions into small sizes
Boil your pasta and drain it with a coriander.

Set a non sticky pot or a big frying pan on a hot gas stove. Heat up a little vegetable oil or soya oil. Stir fry your veggies for 4 minutes, add a little salt and seasoning cubes to taste. Stir until you are satisfied with the texture. Add your pasta and mix the stir fry veggies into it, lower the heat and leave for 2 minutes.

*** I ate three pieces of meat while stir frying the vegetables. 😛I'm a glutton, yes I know.

Food is ready! 😋 I know it's illegal to break pasta in Italy but here in Nigeria, we break pasta! 😁😁
