The week is not yet far advanced and it is better not to leave the whole playing field to the serious side of life. Instead, we better give cheerfulness and its twin brother, lightheartedness, a chance as well.

And that's why today I prefer to look into the mirror and not into the newspaper, because when checking out the former, there's usually more to laugh and smile about. The stress of everyday life and the seriousness of the present situation will catch up with us soon enough and will surely get on our nerves, so we don't need to accelerate that too.

On the contrary, let's delay it as much as possible. Maybe we can hide somewhere for a while or at least pretend until our worry lines have almost disappeared. Of course, you can't escape reality forever, but you can always put on those slightly faded rose-colored glasses. As a result, you can no longer see things as clearly, but that's exactly our intention.

Out of sight out of mind is not always appropriate, but sometimes still allowed and helpful. Especially in recent days, it is often advisable not to know exactly what is going on. It would definitely help us to stay sane.

And therefore I rather look forward to some spectacle, which we can witness over here in just a few weeks and in which I will hopefully lose myself a little bit again. I prefer to let myself be dazzled by the beauty of the world, as I am then spared many other things. Even if this trick does not develop a long-term effect, it nevertheless helps me through the moment. And with that, I' ve usually won quite a bit.

Well then, let's put away the newspaper and take out the mirror! It is time to smile!

PEACE!
