Recently, when the weather here was a little more pleasant, I took the opportunity to stop by our main shrine. I wanted to treat myself to a little walk there and, as usual, stop at the water basin, which has become quite familiar to me over time and which is normally used for ritual hand cleansing.

As already mentioned here before, this water basin has been decorated with alternating flower arrangements for a few years now and I was curious to see what it would look like this time. And I was not disappointed on this visit either and was greeted by a colorful, well-coordinated assortment of flowers.

Even though it was already late fall, there still seemed to be a lot in bloom, and many of the flowers on display this time may have grown indoors rather than outdoors. But the view in front of me still looked quite autumnal, even if the purple-pink hue that dominated here that day was quite intense. It certainly did me good and, as always, I was in an even better mood as soon as I stopped here.

The weather may be a lot grayer and wetter now than it was on that day, but I will still come back and hopefully soon take another photo of the next floral display that artistic hands keep presenting us with here at this place. I'm already looking forward to it...
