The onset of winter in the first week of the month took us all by surprise, as I wasn't the only one who thought that we should get ready for spring a little earlier this year. But in the end, things turned out differently than expected and suddenly it was all wintery white around us again. For some this is a joy, for others a sorrow, and sometimes I can't decide how to take the white splendor. But in the end I make my peace with it, because the snow can sometimes be extremely charming and almost magical.

Just like here at this playground, which we have often visited and played in when the weather is nice. But there were no happy children here on that day, as it was snowing heavily from above and everything was already covered in a white blanket of snow.

The snow wasn't too deep yet, even though it might look different. But it was going to be at least 30 centimeters more the next morning, which I didn't expect at the moment when I stopped here for a quick photo.

I simply enjoyed what I saw and didn't let the thick snowflakes falling from the sky bother me. What I witnessed was simply too enchanting and I would have loved to run straight into this white winter wonderland. The playground castle looked like something out of a fairytale that had come into reality and it seemed as if everything around it had fallen into a deep winter freeze. The snow muffled almost every sound and everything seemed so quiet and peaceful.

I could have stayed here for a long time and just enjoyed this fantastic view if it hadn't been for all the snow that wanted to cover me as well. I had actually had a completely different destination, but had fortunately taken the opportunity to stop here briefly. I wanted to see my world, because all the snow made it even more fascinating than usual, which became so evident in this very place.

There was no time to play that day because I was in a bit of a hurry and had to get to my next appointment. But it's short stops like this that put me in an even better mood and give me the right energy to get through the day. And I won't let any snow stop me. Especially when it's so gorgeously white all around you, you shouldn't let it keep you from going outside. You could miss out on a whole lot...
