Went to Changi City Point to shop on Saturday. Atrium sales are back recently. They have lost a restaurant on the 2nd floor but a new dim sum restaurant had opened on the first floor. It isn't as crowded as some malls but you still have to be careful of traffic. Told you. Watch the video.
