Rudolph Archibald Reiss

We are witnessing attempts of President of Serbia and government to stay neutral in ongoing Russian KGB attack on Ukraine. Our government still don't know if they will be with civilized world with human rights, democracy, rule of law and bigger standard or with wild barbarian despotism without any rights, rule of one men and lower life standard. They still pretend like they don't know if they will be with rest of our continent or not. Government representatives are crying on television about great pressure from all sides, threats etc... while Russian and Chinese agents are bombarding people from television and Kremlin war propaganda.

This might be good time to remember one man who lived 100 years ago and who was big friend of Serbia. It's Swiss forensics, publicist, doctor of chemistry, professor on University in Lausanne and big friend of Serbia from first world war Rudolph Archibald Reiss (1875 — 1929). He was ethnic German who came in Serbia in 1914. President of government Nikola Pašić told him short go to line of fire, investigate and tell to everyone the truth about what did you see here. He did it, investigated war crimes done by Austria-Hungarian army in Serbia. He checked also status of captured soldiers of black and yellow monarchy in Serbia. Later during the war he was with Serbian army on Thessaloniki front on battle for Kajmakcalan hill and followed Serbian army in liberation of country witnessing war crimes done by Bulgarian soldiers.

Thanks to him people on west got right information about what's happening here. After the war he was witness of domination of war profiteers, suppliers, not democratic elections and a lot of bad things. He lived in Serbia for rest of his life. He wrote a book "Hear me Serbians" about Serbians pointing very good on our virtues and shortcomings.That book is actual today too.

His quote which can help present government I want to point to is "There is no neutrality in front of crime". It's pretty clear who is criminal in this KGB/FSB Russia-Ukraine war, who is destroying cities, pillaging, torture people, force displacing of people and who is defending his freedom trying to free itself from communism and barbaric enslaving attempts. We need to stand on side of good on side of freedom, we don't owe anything to communism. It took from us our territories, destroyed our state for which millions died in two world wars, made few other nations from our, destroyed generations of people, forced dozens to move abroad and all for 'better tomorrow' which never actually came.
