I was heading to SGH at Outram for a meeting earlier this week when I saw this cock standing on the railing as I walk to my meeting place.

I tried to take a photo but it turned into a headless chicken. Maybe, it's camera shy.

I walked away and turned back to take a quick look and was happy I took this photo. 😎
