A few weeks ago I had been suffering from a complicated insomnia, this situation was deteriorating my health and therefore I was not resting well, it was very hard for me to sleep, I think that also what led me to it were bad habits, because before to connect to the internet I did it a lot of time during the early morning, because the connection speed improved in my old service at those hours, but since 2 months ago I contracted a private fiber optic connection and I have an excellent speed all day and I don't have to be awake at dawn because of the speed issue, the problem is that the bad habit had already been created and to undo it was complicated.
You realize that this is a challenge when it starts to affect our health and we feel uncomfortable going to bed, rest cannot be a torture, on the contrary it should be a pleasure, because sleep regenerates our body and helps us to feel better.
When the lack of sleep appears when we need to rest, then something serious is happening, we must do everything possible to solve this problem, because our health and quality of life depends on it.
The battle we have to deal with this evil that afflicts us is strong, because often our body molds to old and bad habits that some time later it is difficult to disarm, but if possible, with tenacity and willpower can surprise us what we can achieve.
There are thousands of factors that can destroy our moment of rest and in a city as convulsed as the one we live in, those risks are the order of the day, that is why we must take care of ourselves and protect ourselves from all these circumstances.
I found a blessed method that has helped me to fall asleep, I get up early but I also take a nap in the afternoon or in the morning, it all depends on when I feel a little tired from the workday, then I do my activities normally and before 12:00 a.m. I am already preparing to sleep, because it starts to make me sleepy, it was not easy to find the formula but I thank God that He has brought me to that point.
